Mathias and Conny create ideas and concepts together and take on the project management. While Mathias contributes his expertise in conceptualisation and visualisation, from the initial idea to lighting and technical implementation on site, to photographic / videographic documentation, Conny is responsible for everything concerning the casting of

performers, musicians, the commissioning of additional experts for make-up, costume and stage, as well as the actual staging and choreography of the production. Both work closely and in constant exchange with each other and thus guarantee that all subareas mesh seamlessly.
